During her time at the FCA, Sophia focused on MiFID II Transaction Reporting as a member of the Markets Reporting Team (MRT). In this capacity, she conducted in-depth reviews of over 400 errors and omission notifications, led thematic reviews on data quality, and provided valuable insights through market watch articles.

Sophia joins Qomply from Bovill's Capital Markets practice where she assisted clients with trade and transaction reporting health checks, as well as governance and remediation projects.
