  • Support the control framework for Managed Services: monitor SLAs, report KPIs, and track operational risk metrics.
Process Improvement

  • Research best practices and regulatory developments, integrating them into operational processes.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
  • Prepare client-facing materials (summaries, dashboards, updates) to communicate operational metrics, risk areas, and resolution status.
  • Liaise with internal teams (technical and regulatory) to ensure smooth handoffs and alignment on client deliverables.
Training & Learning
  • Attend internal training on transaction reporting governance, regulatory changes, and operational best practices.

Who We’re Looking For – Candidate Profile

  • Strong interest in financial regulation, transaction reporting, risk, or compliance
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) for stakeholder interaction, report writing, and presenting
  • Analytical mindset: able to work with operations data, identify trends, and make data-driven suggestions
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Curious and proactive: interested in regulatory frameworks, operational risk, and process governance
  • Basic understanding of regulatory frameworks such as MiFID II / MiFIR is a plus but not required
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team environment

What You’ll Gain – What We Offer

  • Hands-on experience in RegTech operations: contribute to transaction reporting for clients including investment banks, hedge funds, and asset managers
  • Exposure to regulatory oversight and governance: work alongside experts, including former FCA regulators, who bridge regulation and operations
