With the recent increase in regulatory activity around transaction reporting, Qomply's MiFID workshop will see former FCA regulator, Sophia Fulugunya and Qomply's Michelle Zak discuss areas that are attracting regulatory attention, common MiFID pain points, industry conventions and how to successfully manage a remediation project.
This FREE interactive workshop - covered by Chatham House rule - empowers participants to discuss their MiFID transaction reporting pain points in an intimate and collegial setting.

Sophia oversees Qomply's transaction reporting division ensuring the quality of Qomply's comprehensive rules engine and delivery of exceptional solutions to over 70 investment firms across UK and EU.
Sophia spent six years at the UK Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) where she specialised in MiFID II Transaction Reporting within the FCA Markets Reporting Team (MRT) team. Before joining the FCA’s Markets Reporting Team at the FCA, Sophia spent two years as an MI associate within the FCA's Enforcement division.
After leaving the FCA, Sophia served as an Associate in Bovill's Capital Markets team, a leading regulatory consultancy, providing clients with specialist advice and support related to transaction reporting matters.

Michelle served as Chief Operating Officer at Kyte Broking/Market Securities where she drove the MiFID II implementation. Having helped establish two OTF Trading Venues, Michelle possesses extensive expertise in MiFID and EMIR implementation and is well-versed in the complex transaction reporting requirements of firms operating cross-jurisdictional arrangements.
Over the course of her career, Michelle held various senior leadership positions within investment banking. Having degrees in Mathematics and Computer Science, Michelle spent several years implementing quantitative trading strategies on the trading floor within the investment banking divisions of BNP Paribas and UBS.
