Members Room, One Moorgate Place,

Hosted by Qomply and chaired by former FCA regulator Sophia Fulugunya, this expert in-person panel explores how the regulatory landscape for trade and transaction reporting is evolving - and what that means for investment firms. With insights from Andrew Bayley (ISDA), Christopher Akuwudike (former FCA Regulator), and Jermaine Nooks (Investment Association), the session covers three core themes:
- Strategic use of data by regulators and how firms are adapting
- Horizon scanning on emerging rules, market divergence, and the future of trade and transaction reporting
- The rise of RegTech, its promise, and the risks of relying on it as a fix for upstream issues
